The rooms were themed and the location was stunning right near everything you need to get to. The personnel was service-minded. Hotel's English breakfast was warm.

Had painless check-in.

The rooms were decent sized, complete with 2 doule beds, a secret bathroom, slippers, and with safe for safety measures too. The staff were best and very flexible and the location was fab in Bastion. Liverpool One Shopping Complex was also around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Thank you all for a relaxing stay at the Shankly Hotel the weekend. The staff was amazing friendly and highly efficient, the room was exquisite with comfortable beds. Central location of this hip new property was a bonus.

Fairly clean and spacious venue with amazing views. Good and absolutely perfect location in a very friendly area just next door to Mathew Street, a construction zone so lots of noise and an entrance that is hard to access and the city centre and the docks. The a la carte restaurant on the premises.

The English breakfast is delicious with variety of meals. It has excellent and unbeatable location right by restaurants in the area, the Empire Theatre, and Liverpool One-where there are restaurants and endless shopping malls.

It was generous sized and stylish with jacuzzi, good enough for shopping.

We had plentiful breakfasts at 10.15am. The staff was very informative and well-mannered, the room was top quality. The location was fab and amazing, close to bars and a cinema.

Superb and plentiful breakfasts with pastries, fruit and yoghurts. Extremely accommodating staff who really need a lesson in good customer service, soundproof double room.

We enjoyed the elegant-style building and our great quality and beautifully maintained room with these baths. The breakfast was nice hot and delicious for a latte for breakfest and had lots of food. That hotel was in a fantastic and lovely location, on walking distance to everything which was amazing: )

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room we stayed in was top-notch, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of the city with easy access to everything we had planned. We were also impressed with the excellent customer service provided by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.

Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Fabulous place, excellent base for celebrating anniversary. Plenty of food available in the restaurant. Incredible location near everything, and only about 10 minutes' walk to Liverpool centre. Besides, easy access to Liverpool Playhouse. Simply nothing too much trouble, really nice stay.

I had spotless and perfect room here with bedroom, the big windows were plus comfy beds. The breakfast had plenty of options, including cereals and fruit. The hotel was in the central setting by lift area.
